In the Workshop

The process of making handmade products is a thoughtful and creative journey that involves time, patience, and attention to detail. It begins with an idea or design, followed by carefully selecting materials and tools needed for the project. Each step—whether cutting, shaping, assembling, or decorating—is done by hand, allowing for a personal touch that makes every item unique. Makers often go through trial and error, learning and improving their skills along the way. Unlike mass-produced goods, handmade products reflect the effort, creativity, and passion of the person who created them, making each piece more meaningful and special.

How our pens are made

The process of making a handmade pen is a detailed and hands-on craft that requires precision and patience at every step. It begins with drilling a hole through the center of a carefully selected piece of wood to create space for the pen tube. Once drilled, the brass tube is glued securely inside the wood blank and left to dry. After the glue sets, the blank is shaped and carved, often using tools like a lathe to create a smooth and balanced design. The pen is then sanded and polished to enhance its appearance and feel. Finally, all the pen components are carefully assembled, fitting each piece together to complete a functional and unique handmade pen.
